Landscape Lighting World is different than other wholesale distributors (and most other websites)--ALL items pictured on our website are in stock at our own warehouse here at our HQ and ship out with-in 24 hours.

SPEED
All orders received before 3PM EST ship out the same day (M-F). Orders leave our Tampa, FL warehouse via FedEx Ground. Consult Fedex Ground Delivery Time Map below for estimated transit times to your area. If you need an item shipped faster (Fedex 2nd Day Air or overnight), please call us and we will be happy to accommodate your needs.

NEW FASTER SERVICE! We now deliver on Saturdays (free of charge and automatically for residential/non-commercial addresses). Any residential delivery scheduled to arrive on a Monday based on the map below, will now arrive 2 days earlier on Saturday! (For example: Order at 2:30pm on a Friday and if you live in FL you'll have it the next day on Saturday.)

For International orders, customer must call 1-813-978-3700 and supply your own shipping (Fedex or UPS) account number.

RELIABILITY

Every order is check by two independent people before the box is sealed to verify the order has been packed correctly (really).

PROBLEMS
If there is a problem with your order that is deemed to be caused by LLW (wrong item, quantity or defective), LLW will pay for return shipping and re-shipping the proper item(s). SHIPPING COSTS
We do not profit on shipping, in fact we pass our complete 58% FedEx discount on to you. Our items are solid and high quality, as a result they weight a lot. For example our actual cost to ship a transformer (including our FedEx discount) to CA is $32 but we charge $20 (e.g. 900w transformer weights 50 lbs). How did we come up with these numbers? Because it costs $10 to ship in FL, $30+ to CA and the average nationwide is ~$20. We took the average cost to ship any product, (including our 54% discount) and that's what we charge. We find that as a whole the total amount we collect for freight just covers our actual shipping cost plus materials-- it is not a profit area and thus not an area we discount on. Remember other sites may offer free shipping, but their product costs twice as much as ours for the same quality.
