Landscape Lighting World is different than other wholesale distributors (and most other websites)--the majority of the items pictured on our website are in stock at our facilities and ship out with-in 24 hours.
Most orders received before 12 PM EST ship out the same day (M-F). Orders leave our Tampa, FL warehouse via FedEx Ground. Consult Fedex Ground Delivery Time Map below for estimated transit times to your area:
If you need an item shipped faster (Fedex 2nd Day Air or overnight), please call us and we will be happy to accommodate your needs. The few items that are drop shipped from the manufacturer (special ordered items not pictured on our website) are processed with-in 24 hours and shipped directly from the manufacturer.
If there is a problem with your order that is deemed to be caused by LLW (wrong item, quantity or defective), LLW will pay for return shipping and re-shipping the proper item(s).
